Countless stories of people overcoming serious addictions, life-threatening health conditions, and dangerous encounters seem impossible to explain. For instance, surviving a 20-year battle with addiction, undergoing a heart bypass, or escaping violent situations raises the question of what factors influence survival. Advice given during times of crisis, such as calling on a higher power for help, may seem unconvincing, especially when living through addiction or facing hardships that seem beyond control. Yet, life has a way of teaching important lessons, sometimes in unexpected ways. Individuals may question their own will to survive at certain points. A New Beginning.

A noticeable shift seems to be in the air, but its outcome is uncertain—will it bring hardship or blessing? It all depends on perception. Every transition marks the end of one era and the beginning of another. With each new age comes a new force, a new energy to shape the world.
